About

We pair aircraft sales with a purposeful approach: provide high-end servicing for high-end clientele. Our reward? An ability to pass on gifts to highly valuable children in need.

Founder Story

Meet Steve | Out of college, Steve “Junior” worked  for his dad’s corporate aircraft appraisal business, PlanesWorth. After spending time with private bankers and the HNW community on assignments, he decided to steer his life toward routing them to philanthropy. His time in aviation helped him better understand how these individuals move and what moves them toward charity. He consults under Coach Coonan Charitable.

He’s grateful for his time with these movers and shakers that got things done. It gave him the drive to build social enterprises that add-value and seek high sigma levels, like them. His view: their behaviors create real impact.

Serving kids is Steve’s ultimate philanthropic focus and pastime. He’s an adaptive hockey coach serving those with special needs and physical disabilities. It ’s not just on the ice that he serves; he strives to help them live robust lives out of the rink.

In May 2025, to tie in his two passions, “Junior” created CareCraft, where earnings from his concierge private jet brokerage are donated to charities in need of funding. They serve at-risk youth as well as the children of active duty service members and veterans.

Like Steve “Senior”, this new group will blend smiles and lightheartedness with focus and effectiveness. Junior believes this will set him apart from others in an industry that can feel cold or be branded out-of-touch.

Though he was a bit skinner during the Vietnam War, flying for the 34th Fighter Squadron, Senior had always been the same man up until his passing in May 2024. Fun-loving yet eager for the next mission, he navigated life and entrepreneurship in the same zestful manner.

“Combat Coonan’s” corporate aviation career would not have existed without the United States Air Force and its wonderful men and women that served our skies. They shaped and awakened him to his calling.

Though Junior didn’t get the same flying bug, he is enviously proud of his father. And, in all he does, he aims to make Senior proud while honoring his legacy as an airman, adventurer & entrepreneur.
